this big juicy beauty is pillowy like a focaccia with bigger holes than ur mum

so quick, so easy, (instant yeast hehehe), maybe some left for lunch for tomorrow but maybe not

hard to stop and you’ve gotta test out each segment to see how it compares; corner, middle short edge, middle long edge, middle middle, you know?

should eat with greens but on this occasion the tray pizza stood alone and tinned tomatoes served as veg and reduced mozzarella as protein. how about those macros?

one-handed eatability rating: 9/10

Recipe:

base 420 ml water / 7 g yeast /520 g flour (any flour, this was white and wholemeal) / 2 tsp fine salt / 4 tbsp oil / 2 tbsp sourdough discard (optional)

mix yeast and tepid water, wait 10 mins / mix in 2 tbsp oil, salt and 250 g flour / add in the rest of flour and mix for 3 mins on slow / increase speed for 5 mins / place dough in oiled container for 2 hours / stretch dough out into an oiled sheet / cover and rest until big bubbles form (1 hour-ish)

topping 1/3 jar of passata / 3 minced garlic cloves / 1 tbsp dried oregano / 1 ball of mozzarella, ripped / finely grated cheddar

bake for 20 or so mins @ 250c
